As a boarding school, Shangde focuses each detail of life with whole-heartedness, providing an individual humanistic service. Full-time dormitory teachers are responsible for the students’ daily life: providing the students with overall care and guidance, paying attention to the formation of the good habits and the cultivation of self-independence. 食：营养膳食  卫生健康

学校有专门营养师配餐，一日三餐品种丰富，学生可自主选择。提供课间点心、夜宵和水果。卫生主管每日监督保障食品安全，学校食堂获得上海市A级单位的荣誉。
Food: Nutritional and Healthy Diet
The full-time nutritionists in Shangde cater for three meals a day for students, with each meal rich in food choices. The dim-sum, night snacks and fruit are also supplied in students’ daily life. The food security supervisors check the food every day to ensure its safety.   The Shangde canteen has been awarded the honor of A-Class Unit in Shanghai.

宿：学生公寓  温馨如家

专职生活教师100多人，悉心照料学生的生活起居。学生公寓设施齐备，安装有电话、空调，提供24小时热水。学校还为一年级学生精心设计了幼小衔接公寓，实行家庭式管理。
Housing: Warm Students’ Apartments
There are over 100 full-time dormitory teachers taking care of the students’ daily life. The students’ apartments are fully equipped with facilities, such as telephones, air-conditioners and the 24-hour hot water.  To help the younger students become accustomed, Shangde has also thoughtfully designed the home-pattern apartment for the grade one students.

行：校车接送  出行无忧

住宿学生周五离校、周日返校统一乘坐校车。校车在上海各主要区设点，方便学生就近乘坐，跟车教师全程管理。
Transportation: Convenient School Bus
The boarding students take school bus on Fridays when they leave school and on Sundays when they return. We have set stops in major areas of the city to enable students to take the buses.  Each bus has at least one faculty staff assisting in management.

医：医疗保健  关怀备至

学校配有专业医护人员和专门车辆，实行全天候服务。学校设有心理咨询室，专职心理教师帮助师生舒缓情绪，调整心态。确保全校师生在健康的环境下愉快地工作和学习。
Medicine: Medical Care
Shangde has employed professional medical staff and been equipped with specialized vehicles to ensure the 24-hour service.  There is also a counseling room where professional counselors help teachers and students and make sure that they all can work happily on campus.

安：尚德校警  安全屏障

学校安装校园周界报警系统和110联网，主要部位装有视频系统，保安队伍24小时值班并巡视，负责校园安全保卫工作。
Security:  Guards on Campus
Shangde has been equipped with a campus perimeter alarm system and 110 networks, and a special video system in the main parts of the school.  The security team is on 24-hour duty and keeps patrolling around the campus to ensure the security.
